Below is a directory of emergency contact information for Connecticut utilities that are members of Call Before You Dig (CBYD).
If contact is made with any underground facility, the affected public utility must be notified immediately. If contact involves gas facilities, the excavator must notify police, fire, and emergency personnel and evacuate employees and the general public. No attempt should be made to tamper with or correct a damaged facility. Repairs to protective coatings may only be performed when authorized by the facility owner.
Utility members who need to update or correct the information shown below should contact the CBYD call center and submit an updated annual update form.
